Atelier CAMUN came about from our longtime passion for antique photographs, illustrations and other art findings that are too special to be left behind. As photographers, it always felt natural to search for images in our wanderings. Collecting them, we realized that many amateur snapshots held incredible stories, revealing more the longer we looked – humor, tenderness, quiet poetry.This fascination with hidden narratives is what keeps us searching – there’s nothing better than spending hours flipping through old books, flea markets, personal collections, and all sorts of dusty archives, following instinct and curiosity wherever they lead.
Atelier
Every photograph, illustration, or artwork we frame in our small studio has been selected, restored, hand-mounted and hand-framed by us with care – no machines, no shortcuts, just the slow, deliberate process of bringing something old into the present.Handmade from start to finish, our framing process ensures that each artwork is preserved and ready to become part of a new story.
